Prompt Orange is a prompt refinement tool that helps you create better prompts for AI language models. We provide a guided wizard, quality scoring, and iterative refinement features through our website and iOS application.

By accessing or using Prompt Orange, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

Prompt Orange offers consumable in-app purchases for prompt refinement credits. Credits are non-transferable and are tied to your device session.

• Credits are consumable — once used, they cannot be restored or refunded through Prompt Orange.
• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and are set by Apple's App Store pricing.

You agree not to use Prompt Orange to:

• Generate prompts intended to produce harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to it.
• Use automated tools to access the service in a way that exceeds reasonable usage.

Your prompts belong to you. You retain full ownership of any prompts you create or refine using Prompt Orange. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

The Prompt Orange service, brand, and underlying technology are owned by Prompt Orange and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Prompt Orange is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Orange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
