What counts as a seat?

A seat is one invited member of your workspace. You choose how many seats to buy up front — say, 5 seats at $29/seat/month — and can invite up to that many teammates. Add more seats any time as your team grows; Stripe prorates the difference automatically.

What's included in the AI allowance?

Every paid workspace gets a pooled monthly AI-usage budget that scales with your seat count, shared across the whole team rather than metered per person or per message. It covers usage across the models available in your workspace, from fast everyday models to the most capable one for complex work.

What happens when we hit the monthly cap?

You choose: throttle keeps every run working, just on the cheapest available model, or block pauses new runs until the next billing cycle or until you add seats. Free-trial workspaces always block at the cap — there are never surprise charges.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Every new organisation starts on a free trial with one seat and a small AI allowance, no credit card required. Invite the rest of your team and unlock the full pooled allowance once you subscribe.

Can I change my seat count or cancel?

You can add or reduce seats any time from your workspace settings (down to your current member count) — Stripe prorates the change. To cancel entirely, email hello@promptorange.com and we'll process it before your next billing date; you're never locked into an annual contract.

Is our data secure?

Yes. All workspace content is encrypted at rest with managed keys before it's stored, kept under a retention period you control, and never used to train any AI model. Every run, login, and admin change is written to an audit trail.
